:cry2: We have a computer that is Windows 2000 and have no disk. We have internet connection, but no browser will work. Every restore or set up we go to needs a disk. Any suggestions???

Little more detail please. I assume by "no disk" you mean you don't have the windows 2000 cd, what error message do you recieve (if any) when trying to use a browser?

you will need to purchase the disk.

Whenever she tries to open a browser this is what comes in place of the actual web address.

that is a form of spyware. spywareguide.com (http://www.spywareguide.com/spydet_2887_searchclickads.html)
Click on the above link for more information, along with links to remove it.
If you're wanting to do a repair or re-install you will need to buy the windows 2000 cd.
btw: if you boot that computer into safemode w/networking you should be able to access the internet.
