Open up windows explorer and you should see both drives on the left side.

i have internet explorer unless they r the same thing.
they are not the same. Just open my computer, click on on c drive and go to the folder where your files are that you want to move, go back to my computer, then click on the drive letter you want to move the files to. Create a folder or go to the folder you are wanting to move the files to. Then just drag the files to it.
Remember you cannot move programs this way.
