Video Capture Help

I am trying to capture a VHS video tape to my computer. I have the right cables and all, and I have an XFX 7600GT XXX Edition. I am just wondering if there are any good free programs that offer video capturing capabilities, can anyone suggest any?

VirtualDub is free, but more complicated.

If your PC support Video Capture then I throught you would have a video editor shipped with it.

If you want to purchase something I would recommend the Ulead products.
