I've just bought a new HP Pavilion computer and I bought a Norton Internet Security package of software to go with it. There are 3 disks with the package. I've installed the Norton Internet Security disk and the Norton Go Back disk. The final disk is Norton Ghost but I haven't installed it because it seems very much like the Norton Go Back product i.e. recovery software. Does anybody know the difference and if I need them both?
I'm reluctant to install a third Norton disk because already my computer seems to be hanging all the time (I only bought it 2 days ago!)) and I'm wondering if it's anything to do with Norton slowing it down. Sometimes I'm typing keys on the keyboard and nothing happens, or when I look at the screen it shows that some of the letters I've typed have not registered. It is a cordless keyboard and I'm wondering if it's anything to do with that.
Can anyone help with this please?
