Any Shareware?

I am in need of a decent registry cleaner, and was wondering if one was available in shareware. I have paid for way too many programs, add-ons, etc., and lost many of them recently due to a 'system recovery', which only loaded what my PC had on it originally. A few I have been able to redownload due to my having the 'keys' in another PC.

I was hoping there was a way to clean the registry without another large outlay.
