Outlook 2000 Application Won't Open--Help!

Yesterday, I tried launching Outlook 2000 and after about 3 minutes a box popped up saying " This application requires windows installer to run." Tried everything on Microsoft Help site but of course was useless.

Is there a way to download the latest installer .exe that may fix this problem. Desparately seeking a solution as I can't run my biz without e-mail.
