Hello,

I have two drives on my computer C:// (one which I use) and F:// which I never use, but was in use about 3 years ago until we got a new comp. and they just put the old one in, with the new one. Now in all it has about 19.0 GB. 10.4 are used up. I want to basicly clean this entire drive out so I can use it just for videos (editing and such) Im pritty sure that everything I need is in C://. What do you recomend for clearing the entire drive out so I can have the whole 19.0 GB free. (and, if possible should I back it up before I do anything crazy..? and with what and how)

Thanks!

If you have'nt been using that drive for anything, and don't store files on it. Then all you need to do is right click on the drive in windows explorer and select format drive.

since it seems you installed it as a slave drive, and want to clean it out, just format the drive and it will get rid of everything, even hidden files as previously suggested. or you can go to run and type format f: enter.
