I have both Soulseek and Ares and neither of them are allowing me to search (I typed in stuff like Elvis, Johnny Cash just to test it)

I lowered all my internet safety settings and dropped the firewall but it's still not working. I'm on a brand new computer and at a lost :(

Howdy:

Looking at your previous threads, I notice you had a similiar problem with another pirating program..

Suggest you forget illegal downloading and join a pay for download service !!

You guys are being self rightious just assuming this is pirated stuff. I own the original CD's so I'm not doing anything wrong.

so if you have a carton of milk in the fridge, you should be able to get more free?

the problem is it is against the rules of this forum to help any one to do anything illegal. All we have is your word which could be a big fat lie just to get help so we have to error on caution.

Theres no self righteousness about it. I believe most members do things online themselves (including me) that may not be exactly koscher but they respect and abide by the rules of this forum.
