A month after purchasing a MacBook it would shut down either some time after I start up or while online. I was told that Apple thought it might be the motherboard but now it has been changed to a Heat Sync problem is that Apple doesn't seem to have the part in stock. I purchased this MacBook in Thailand, they have some additional customers with the same problem.

I just came back from Malaysia and they have customers with the same problems. They as well as Thailand have no idea when the parts will arrive. I sent Apple an email but they wont respond.

This is the worst customer service I have seen. I am extremely dissapointed with Apple.

Does anyone have any info they can contribute?

Thanks.

I don't know what you expect anyone to say.
Bad machines can and do happen.

I expect Apple to step up, take responsibility, fix the computer in a timely manner or replace the computer with another one or refund my money. I don't expect them to sit on their hands and not to acknowledge the problem or return my email.

And people here can help how?

I understand you are unhappy, frustrated, and impatient. However, this i the place to simply vent.
