NTI Backup NOW

I have a problem restoring from a backup I created on CD: although the backup is only on one CD, I am prompted to insert a second.

I can see and select the files to backup, so I know they are on the CD; but the app. thinks my backup spans two discs when it doesn't.

Any help gratefully received: needless to say that as I backed up these files, they are important.

In case anyone should have a similar problem, I resolved it by e-mailing the files to NTI.

They, eventually, extracted the files for me but couldn't be bothered to give me the requested explanation.

I have uninstalled NTI Back-up Now.
