Spam Email

How I can avoid junk email? Does my system have a way to avoid/prevent junk emai? How I can find it? and Is there any software in the market that I can use? Thank you

You can use siteadvisor it will tell you about sites and downloads and how many emails you can expect if you download from a particular site or give your email

In general, most computers will not come with any software to avoid spam. As far as what is on the market, you will not eliminate all spam but you can get rid of most. Check out mailwasher from mailwasher.net.
