How much do you reckon I could sell a ps2 with 3 controllers, a gun, 8mb and 16 mb memory card and 30 games for on ebay in Aussie money

Depends on which games. Maybe about $300 (about a $150-200 starting price). Check out similar packages to see what they go for.
