I need some help here I am looking for some software to collect ip info over my network ,

The problem is that my LAN addresses are 172.16.3.0 255.255.0.0 and to get to a client site I have added thier range of ip's = 196.168.128.0 255.255.255.192 as a alternative address in TCP/IP

I need to scan the local addresses and see what 'alt" address is attached to it.

Thanking you all in advanced

Thanking you all in advancedSorry, I'm being a bit dense today. How did you add 'an alternative address'? I don't have a recommendation, but I will continue to ponder and see what I can think of. BTW - What versions of windows are your running?

k. it sounds like something this (http://www.softperfect.com/products/networkscanner/)might do it for you. you can scan for computers online with a 192.*** IP.

I can say how it works as I haven't used this particular scanner.
