I've had this problem before. I turn computer on. Does memory test. Goes through POST. Millennium edition flashes. Then takes me to desktop and start menu. Then computer restarts. It does everything all over again. Will work in Safe Mode. Recently purchased a used monitor. then I started having problems. I've re-fomatted and partitioned the hard drive. Also installed ME (used to have XP and I had the same problems). I was told by one person that it's a simple problem with the drivers. Please help me figure this out. Thanks.
