ms flight sim wont load

yes ladies and gents microsoft does it again.... just spent 70 bucks on ms flight sim x and the son of a gun wont even get a load screen i get a note pad read me file that states the OS needs a udp 13344 file... well who in the world has the OS on windows... who in the world makes the ruddy game..... duh... can any one help

Could please list all your system specs including your OS please, thx. If your not sure what they are, download everest home, run the report and post the results in here.
