Steam Dedicated Server not allowing others on

I am attempting to run a dedicated server for Day of Defeat on my computer, using the given Dedicated Server software on Steam. So, I put in Day of Defeat as the game, I put in the name, I leave the map alone, put in port as 27015, and set the Network to "Internet", and put in my RCON password. After this is done, I start the server (valve secure), but, it shows my game IP as 192.168.1.110:27015. It shows that the server is up, that I am on dod_flash, and that the server is on "Internet" and not Network. I can join, but others cannot. What is going wrong? What do I need to do to make it work? Thanks.
