Log on Problem

Help.My computer lock-up,now it up and running ,I now have log-
on and off boxes and my name in the start up menu next to log
off, I did not set this up,how do I remove this so anyone can use
the computer.:confused:

Enter you name for the user name. Leave the password field blank. Click OK. Once you've made it to your desktop, reboot. The logon popup should come up anymore.
