I'm back with a new prob...

so the net is doing better, my isp is fixing it so cool...

however.. remember how i told you about the dude with a linksys card connectiing to me d-link router?

well the router sees his computer, and his card can pick up the router(altough the signal is 50% at best, where as everyone else is 100%) but they wont associate.

Also, we said screw it and just hardwired his comp.. but it just sits there trying to get an IP address and wont get one.. i have his mac address filtered into my router so i dont know what im doin wrong there..

A quick question while I think on this. Which MAC address did you put in the filter, the one for the wireless connection or the one for the wired connection? Just checking ;)
