Help- Piece stuck in my headphone jack

So I have been using an A/V cable to connect my speaker system to my laptop (it's really an iPod cable, with A/V on one end and a 3.5mm headphone plug on the other) . But somehow the headphone plug broke off, leaving the end piece of it still inside my headphone jack in my laptop.

Any ideas on how to get it out? I can't think of anything good.

Please help, thanks in advance.

I did it once with superglue and a pin but you need a steady hand or you can make things worse.
