Camcorder memory stick

I have a 64mb memory stich for my camcorder but cant delete 60 megs of someting.
I tried window explorer, but says the file is being used by another progran.
I was going to format it but says can only format to 6 mgs.
Any ideas?

Just have to format the stick in the camera...hope this helps someone else

There are programs that allow files with that error to be deleted, search google
