Looks like the dns server is down or isn't resolving addresses. If you can get to a command promt. Start/Run in the run box type cmd "for xp,2k" or command "for 98 and ME". Then a black box will pop up and at the flashing promt type ping google.com the post the results here.

hmm what ip address does that computer have for its dns server? If there are other computer on the same network that can access web pages check what ip address they are using for dns server.
