16 bit windows subsystem

when i try to use my epsom printer a message appears saying 16 bit windows subsystem ,an installable virtual , device driver failed dll initialization i now have a printer i cant use, what have i done or how can i rectify problem

How about a model number from the printer, and which version of Windows are you using? We can probably help get the thing going again just fine with a little more info.

im running windows xp,the prnter is an all in one epsom cx6600 hope you can help many thanks mike h
