I have been getting a pop up with IE now for a few days and unable to get rid of it, I have run housecall, avg, stinger and just about everything else I can think of and can't get rid of this problem

I have also installed around 28 updates today on a windows 2000 platform and still have this pop up ?

pop up says....

This window is busy
closing this window may cause some problems

do you want to close it anyway
