I installed a program called registry smart which has found over 400 registry errors and I am afraid to let it correct them because the last time I did this my system got worse ?
I am ready to put a bullet in this thing...lol

Also have a read of other question on that subject littered throughout our applications and Windows XP (in particular) forum. Most of those "identify all the problems, pay to remove them" programs are a have.

Alot of us here grabbed this free version of Registry Mechanic. Haven't seen any posts with a problem from this program. I used it with no issues and it found 176 problems and fixed them on the first scan I did.

I found an IEFix here and ran it, and this is the 1st in days that I haven't had that darn pop up window, but I am still holding my breath too.
