I'm required to imput one of these to register at a site, but I can't find out what one is, or how I obtain one/mine. Can anyone help me?

I think IC stands for Insane Clown.
What you likely need is your IP number - found by typing ipconfig /all at a command prompt. To get there, go to Start | Run and type in cmd and press <Enter>.
And, welcome to CyberTechHelp!

Oh, well I know what my IP number is, but it distinctly said IC...
Actually, I think the site or something did have something to do with Malaysia. But I'm not Malaysian, so I don't know what to do now.

Welcome :)
If it not what has already been posted then I would suggest you contact the site admin at the place where you are trying to register.
