I don't know how to explain this, you know how before if it was a topic you posted on it would have a hole on the icon, almost like you shat a bullet at it. You know the little yellow folder icon. I am not seeing this anymore. Anyone know why?

Yep I turned it off. To be honest I got more emails from people asking me what it is than I got about how good it is. It also adds extra database queries per page call.

I take it you like it ? hehe :)

Doh . . .

I was wondering why someof the post subject lines looked familiar!!!!

I'm so used to seeing the bullet ridden folder when I reply to something that I didn't cop onto the fact it was missing, till I saw this thread!!

bbbbbrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeppppppp!!!

Mind reformatting to recognise new forms of input!!!:D

I liked it. There are so many topics every day I liked the ability to know which ones I needed to follow up on, for example if they answer a question i had for them so I could help them, I could easily find the topic. Now i can't.

Can't you set the e-mail notification? :)

Dave.

In answer, I get notification mails, go directly to that thread, and when I have answered it, or not as the case may be, I go to the New Threads since last visit link I have in my Favorites (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/search.php?s=&action=getnew) and go through all of the newest threads. Some thread subject lines are nebulous, or the same as others, and you can't always count on the Link to change to color to show that you have been there. Having the bullet ridden folder tells me that i have no need to go in, cause I just did, or it may show that there was a response to a thread I had participated in, but for some reason, I did not receive a notification.

Personal opinion, it is a dead handy tool for losers like me who go looking for interesting threads on Tech forums, as opposed to having a real life!!:D;)

Thanks Mishy,
