Graphics Jerky

I got a ATI Radeon XPRESS 200m series(256mb) graphics card in my toshiba satellite laptop.
Now when i play need for speed carbon the game play is jerky from the beginning. So must be my settings for my graphics card or somethin. Need some help setting it up for the game????

is it a Mobile lappie? have you tried lowering the res.

yea it is. u mean like turn it down to 800 x 600 or so?

yes thats what i mean... give that a try... im not sure whether your specs meets the rec requirements for the game, couldn't find it on the site.
