When I start Outlook it takes forever to start. I look at task manager and it shows that Outlook is not responding but then it shows 2 entries of Outlook in task manager. While this is happening the CPU usage is at 100%. Ultimately Outlook will start but the PC will be very slow. Any ideas? Thanks
