Hey i resently discovered reshacker and though i would be a cool thing to try out but apparently i messed something up. I was in reshacker and opened up explorer.exe then i wanted to change the word "start" and the windows image on the start button. After that i saved like i was told then restarted in safe mode. first i made a copy of the origanal explorer.exe incase i messed something up then i took it out of the windows folder and put my new copy in. after i restarted my comp i could put in my pass but now all it does is takes me to my desktop background and nothing else.

If anyone knows how i can fix it plz help.

Looks like you might need to replace the origanal explorer.exe to where it should be.
Can you alt, ctrl, delete bring up a window?CLick applications then type in CMD enter. you might have to delete the explorer.exe and move the old one back. check this page on how to find/move/delete files with the command prompt.

You might have to do it in the recovery consol, how to use it below.

You should try this first as you may find it hard to try the delete and move.

Once the Recovery Console has loaded type "chkdsk /r" on the command line (without quotes) this will run checkdisk and repair any files that are found to be corrupt or missing (may take several minutes).
