Rapid Get problem? (RapidShare)

I have A Rapid Share premium account and I use Rapid Get. I often notice that when I copy and paste multiple Rapid Share links into Rapid Get only the even numbered links are entered into the program. If I try to copy and paste one of the odd numbered links into the program is says there are not files to add. Well if I manually copy and paste the link into a new browser window I can download it directly from the Rapid Share web site. Does anyone know what’s going on? It appears lots of people have this problem.

I also have this problem and I find unbelievable that there is no step by step guidelines how to get rid of this bug, not to mention fact that when I wrote to <rapidget@rapidshare.de> I got back information that E-mail address does not exist! Anyone? Thank you for help..
