Links come up in a small box?

This has just happened to me recentely. I click on a link whether it's an image or a site link, and it comes small and on the corner of me computer. I don't know how to explain it. Instead of the full page or most of the page showing it's minimized. So I have to drag it to the middle and open.

Any idea?

Edit: I cleared out my cookies and other things and it went back to normal. Since I cannot delete this thread can anyone still answer why this sort of thing occurs? Thanks.

What other things did you clear out?
It probably has to do with a registry settings for the window position.

Try this:
1. Go to a page with links that open in a tiny window and click on one of those links
2. Drag the new window to the preferred size and placement
3. Go back and close the original window first. This won't work unless you close the original window first as well as all IE windows except the one you resized
4. Now close the window you resized
5. Re-open Internet Explorer, go back and try the link again to see if it now opens the window to the size and placement of the window you adjusted in step 2. If so, it's fixed.
