ran avg, ad-aware and even upgraded to wmp 11. all vids/clips/movies play with blue tint. I can adjust saturation level and compenstate some but this is annoying to do with every vid/clip I play. please help, thanks

Uninstall every windows media player from your computer. First wmp11 and windows media format 11 runtime, then restart computer. Then wmp 10, restart again and then delete wmp 9. then restart again. Now install wmp11 (or the one you like) again.
Problem should be solved.
