hi! can someone please give me some advice?
i need to make a passport photo 320 x 240 pixels, but it also has to be a max of 62,500 bytes. when i try to do this with irfranview or windows picture manager i can either have the right pixel ratio but a huge file size or a small file size but a crazy pixel ratio! it's for applying for a visa so it has to be precise! please help!
