Right, when I try to print this.... beta.dudeking.co.uk/site map.doc
It goes wrong, most of the lines move out of place or disconnect compleatly.
Any one got any ideas about how to fix it?
Edit:- Oh I made it at school in word and it works but I got home and opened it in open office it's messed up as well..... ARRRR

The document is fine. What sort of printer? What O/S?

Win XP I tried it on two printers at school and my Epson at home, all had the same problem.

Although, the document could do with a bit of a tidy up - try and get the text box size uniform - "news update" and "contact us" are noticably smaller, "staff news" is mis-aligned.

And some of the lines are all squiggly I coudn't get them straight.
I can't tidy them up here as open office just sees it as a picture not a chart.
Is there any software just for making charts like this? Something simple?

I just printed your document from MS Word 2003 on my Epson C65 - came out 100% fine.
It's an OpenOffice incompatibility. If you are willing to start from scratch using another product, your should try it in OO.org Draw.
Otherwise...

Thanks Smurfy.
Still not working thought, I got the IT guys to look at it at school and they couldn't work it out. They have taken it on a pen drive to try and fix it.
One printer said something about insufficient memory and the other did what it does here and prints with random lines.

I just printed it in word 2003 and no problems, I then printed it in open office 2.0 and it was a mess. Also it appears on screen just like it printed.
You asked about other software that can do it, try open office draw and create it there. You may be able to edit the current document there.

Or just view and print form the free MS Word VIEWER (Available from Microsoft).
