WMP process kill

how do you kill WMP 11 process wmpnetwk.exe in xp home

you kill it in task manager and it just reappears even though WMP is not running,

ok n/m i think its finally going ot let me roll back to previous version in the programs list in the CP

The wmpnetwk.exe process is for sharing the WMP media library. If you don't want to share your library, you can disable the feature in Tools->Options->Library->Configure Sharing.
