Shortcut problim

when i click on the shortcut of windows live messenger then i recive:http://aycu07.webshots.com/image/6206/2003261376704078698_rs.jpg
but i can run the program by Start(all programs).. even,why the shortcut not working?

Right click the shortcut and choose properities and make shore it is like the properities off the one in the Start(all programs).. menue.

it is same..but in Shortcut tab:Target(typed in:name of the program) is empty but not empty(typed name of the program and can't modify) in the icon of "all programs"..

Best way to go would be delete the desktop shortcut and on the one in Start(all programs), right click it and send to --> desktop create shortcut. Then the new shortcut should work
