Customizing IE 7

I want to change the positioning of the Address Bar Icons specifically the Refresh/Go button. I can change the postioning of other toolbar Icons but not the Address bar.

The reason I want to do this is when I enter a secure website and I click on the back arrow I will often get the message that the page must be refreshed. Now I have to move my cursor half a screen away. IE 6 was much more user friendly

Hi r.mccullough. To the best of my knowledge, there is no tweak to do this. Why not just hit F5 on your keyboard? This will refresh the page in all browsers.
