The idle.dll file is part of Yahoo Messenger. If you are not intending to use Yahoo Messenger, you can edit the registry in order to delete the reference to the Yahoo pager there.
To open the registry editor, go to Start>Run
key in regedit
click on OK or press ENTER
Now, navigate to the following key by double-clicking or clicking the + sign beside each of these:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Software
Microsoft
Windows
CurrentVersion

With CurrentVersion expanded, look for and click on the Run key. Now look in the right pane for the Yahoo Pager value (I believe it is C:\Program Files\Yahoo\Pager\Ypager.exe)
Right-click on this key in the right pane, and then click Delete. When the confirmation of Deletion message appears, click Yes.
Close the registry editor and restart your computer.

For the kerne123.dll not found error message (are you certain it's not kerne132.dll?), look in your system.ini file for this line:
shell=explorer.exe
If there is anything following the explorer.exe, delete it and then Save the edited file.

You might also want to check your win.ini file for a reference to the kerne123.dll or kerne132.dll file in the load= and the run= lines. If found, delete the reference (DON'T delete the load= or the run= ).
Save the edited file.
