I search with Google and results are satisfactory, but when I click on the desired site a different one appears. This always happens twice. The third try produces the desired results. Why am I being redirected?

Your best bet is to read this post (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=86677) about how to get and use Hijack This.
Once you have a Hijack This log, don't try to fix anything, just start a new thread in the Cyber Safety forum (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=25) and paste your Hijack This log in for the experts there to analyze and help you get rid of the malware.
