Wininet.dll page fault

I recently upgrade memory in a co-workers computer. After the upgrade when windows 95 loaded an illegal operation was caused by Yahoo Pager. It read "Yahoo Pager caused an invalid page fault in module Wininet.dll..."
When I try to open the control panel Explorer causes the same error. Most of the other programs do not cause this error. Microsoft Office and Works run fine. Any help would be appreciated.
