alot of errors/freezing

Today i set up one of those Multiple user things, so that i can have my own account, and my dad can use the main one.

Ever since i did that, the computer keeps freezing, and theres lots and lots of errors..

Whats goin' on???

Here is a place to start
open my computor right clk. c drive open propetys click on disk clean up after it starts a windo will come up there will be some check mark boxes some are checked some are not , check all of them when then click ok a windo will come up click yes when that finishes go up to tools open tools click on scan disk let scan disk run if it finds errows click to either fix or delete , when that gets through runing go down to defrag and just forger it till it gets through runing it will take awhile you can click show map if you want to watch it a windo will come and tell you when it is through
