Not that. Like for windows there's sharepod,irip, programs that will let you transfer the music from your ipod to any computer. Is there anything like that for the mac, that is free?

Uhmm... iTunes.
It does what you're asking -- Plug in your iPod, launch iTunes and you can drag files from the iPod to the iTunes library.
