I responded by telling Klaus to put down the schnapps/kummel cocktail and move away from his keyboard.

Haha! I got one similar this past week, on my cell phone voice-mail: "Yes, this is (so-and-so) from (somewhere) - the electricity isn't working to my Internet (swear to God, that's exactly what he said). It's imperative that I get online for work, so if you could swing by and fix it that would be great. Again, the electricity's out on my Internet." :D
