For the past week, I've been randomly getting disconnected from my internet, but not fully...I'll go into a 10-15 second " internet stun " where nothing is available only, and after the few seconds, it's back to normal. I notice it mostly when playing WCIII online, it gives me the disconnect box, as if I'm lagging.

I scanned for viruses yesterday with up to date Norton, and the problem still persists. Does anyone have any ideas what it may be?

I'm on a router, but I don't host.

Pretty low, is there any way to boost this?

What type of connection do you have ie "cable or dsl"? Also what package speed did you buy from them as they tend to offer higher speeds at higher monthly prices? Are other computers in the home running games or p2p file sharing apps while you are playing your games? Lastly have you tried connecting to a different server for the game?

10Mbps DSL connection. There is only one other computer on the router, the host, and no P2P sharing or anything like that, there is very little bandwidth used on that computer. I haven't tried changing server on WC, because it does it when I'm browsing the internet too.

Have you called the ISP and have them do a line check? Is this a wired computer or do you use it wirelessly? Have you run any other internet speed tests at all?

It's wired, 10Mbps Ethernet, and I have tried other scans from other websites and they all come out about the same. I live in Italy, and if I was to call and ask for a line check, I wouldn't get one, it's just how things go here, very undependable.
