Accidentally connected to neighbor's wireless

Supposedly the internet in my house was working fine. But I got back from school and the internet wasn't working, so I used Linksys Wireless Network Monitor to fix the internet. It was/is working fine, but my brother just came down and told me that now we are connected to our neighbor's wireless internet. How can we reconnect to our own internet??
