James Brown, the legendary US singer known as the "Godfather of Soul," has died at the age of 73, his agent said early today.

It was really sad to here the news yesterday. I was lucky to see him perform a few years ago.

It is sad.
When they discovered that he was in full arrest (when his heart stopped) a dr. came running in yelling at him "Get up...get on up!"
I know that was bad but death isn't always a bad thing.

Liked his music, but you've got to admit he did act a bit strangely and he looked very odd in the last few years.

James Brown was about the music. Not all music is for everyone.

Great "I Feel Great" clip - I thought he stole the show in that section of the day.
