as u c,i don't find in this screen anything of :icon in the list(Connection.. for disconnect it or enable..repire..& so on!.. also in task bar,no state screen to know the State of Connection(sent & recived)?! why? this is new account i have created..my account is okay.. NOTICE:the Connection to Net is working very okay as my Account.

this is due to the fact that you are looking at the wrong screen

right click > my network place > properties

this what do appears after right click on my network places.. i click then for connect it says: Connection failed! ,,
it is connected anyway..

do you have the network icon by your system clock? try double clicking that icon > then support?
