How to create a start up floppy without being in Win 98

I would like to make a couple of floppy's of the start up disk 98. But now I'm running on XP Pro. Is there any way to do that without installing 98? I have the original WIN 98 SE with me but I don't know which file to copy.

Howdy:

Go to www.bootdisk.com (http://www.bootdisk.com) and download the self-extracting file for a Win98SE boot disk..

Put a clean formatted floppy in your a: drive and double-click the file you downloaded to install the necessary files to the floppy..
