there r 2 PCs on our home network dsl 256kbs..
is there anyway to get best of 256kbs for my internet connection?..a program?way?steps..?more than my bro connection(i mean the 256 is open to get who's using more..not seperated to 128,128kb). i mean maybe i can get at least 128 always even my bro is downloading file of so big size..film & something like that,,
at least if i can lowing the bad effect(as i feel) of his big downloading for his PC on my connection.
