Nero Express

After I drag data files into Nero Express and select Burn it "quickly" burns the files. How ever the only item that gets on the disk (CD) is an ISO image and nothing else (no data) even though I get a message that says the burn is complete.
Sometimes when I open a blank CD in an attempt to burn I see the "old" files I attempted to burn earlier and still nothing on the disk.

Are you choosing to make a data CD before you try to burn? You have to choose if you want music,data, etc. before you click to burn the items.

Yes. On the open screen I choose make a Data CD. When I click burn a box opens and asks me to save the image. I clcik save then it "quickly" burns it but nothing shows up on the CD
